A Message from Chief Brian J. Reiels

Thank you for visiting the Thiensville Fire Department website! I am confident you will enjoy learning more about us and that you will be a regular visitor to our site.

As a volunteer, paid-on-call department, TFD continues to meet and exceed the expectations of the citizens it serves. Our rich history spans over 153 years, and we continue to have the same sense of civic duty and community involvement that our ancestors entrusted to us.

I am proud to be the Chief of a department that, despite its size, has response times that rival those of full-time metropolitan departments and provides the following services to our friends and neighbors:

Fire Prevention and Suppression
EMT-P, IV, and B Emergency Medical Services
Explorer Program
Dive-Rescue Operations
Community Education Programs
AHA CPR Training and Certification

Our rich history spans over 150 years, and we proudly continue to respect the traditions and honor of those who came before us by providing exceptional service in conjunction with the numerous technological and equipment advances throughout the years.
